Building experience – specifically: framing, sheathing, roofing, flooring, or finish carpentry (millwork, trim, doors/windows);

Experience in manufacturing;

Flexibility for day-to-day roles & responsibilities;

Ability to work well with others;

Self-discipline;

Experience using heavy equipment such as forklifts, elevated platforms, etc.;

Safety certifications and relevant training;

Ability to communicate in French.
